Concert Series: Wanting to Start Again

MUSICAL CONCERT: “Wanting to Start Again”  with DoSi

St. Paul’s United Church in collaboration with CAFES [Community Associations For Environmental Sustainability]will be hosting a musical event:  “Wanting to Start Again”, with DoSi.

WHO:        “DoSi” is a chamber music duo, comprised of Maitreyi Muralidharan, violinist and Tong Wang, pianist.

WHAT:       “Wanting to Start Again” is a violin-piano concert experience about the complicated feelings of living in a world impacted by climate change and finding hope through community.  It is an interactive, contemporary music concert inspired by immigrant stories, the climate crisis and discovering identity.  This concert features works by Fu-Tong-Wong, Nich Bentz, Fazil Say, Joe Hisaishi/Wesley Chu, and Kevin Lau.

WHERE:     St. Paul’s United Church, 3760 Carp Road, Carp, ON.

WHEN:      Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 7pm.  Doors open at 6:15pm.

HOW:         Tickets will be $15.00 each and can be purchased via Event Brite (http://bit.ly/ClimateConcertSeries).  Tickets will also be available at the door. Proceeds from the concert will help support the musicians and CAFES.
