New Horizons for West Carleton Seniors
A Free Program for Seniors
St. Paul’s successfully obtained a grant from Employment and Social Development Canada in April 2024. With these funds we have begun a program called “New Horizons for West Carleton Seniors”. The aim of this program is to promote emotional, physical, and cognitive wellbeing and volunteerism in our community amongst the population aged 55 and up.
Events are hosted at St. Paul’s and include table games, a monthly speaker series, and weekly exercise classes.
All activities in are free for participants. The program is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.
